Our daily schedule is designed to promote personal growth, accountability, and recovery. Here's what a typical day looks like:

Morning: Building Foundations

The morning sets the tone for the day, emphasizing discipline and recovery goals.

  • Wake Up and Make Beds: A structured day starts with simple tasks. Making the bed fosters a sense of accomplishment and order.

  • Breakfast: Residents enjoy a nutritious meal to fuel their bodies and minds for the day ahead.

  • Morning Meeting: This meeting allows residents to set their recovery goals for the day, promoting focus and accountability.

  • Rehabilitative Physical Time (RPT): Activities like self-paced exercise or chores help residents reconnect with their physical well-being.

  • FREE TIME

  • Therapeutic Groups: CBT group M., W., Fri. / 12-step Facilitation group T., Th., Sat

  • Break        

  • Therapeutic Groups:   CBT group M., W., Fri. / 12-step Facilitation group T., Th., Sat.

  • Quiet Study Time: Residents use this time for reflection, journaling, or studying recovery materials.

Afternoon: Deepening Recovery

The afternoon is dedicated to therapeutic work and personal growth.

  • Lunch: A balanced meal provides the energy needed for afternoon activities.

  • Therapeutic Groups (Continued): CBT group M., W., Fri., / 12-step Facilitation group T., Th., Sat. 

  • Break

  • Therapeutic Groups (Continued): CBT group M., W., Fri., / 12-step Facilitation group T., Th., Sat.

  • Quiet Study or Exercise: Time for self-reflection, reading recovery literature, or engaging in physical activities.

  • 12-Step Group Meeting: A closed meeting where residents connect with peers to share experiences and gain support.

  • Free Time: Residents can relax, read, or engage in personal hobbies.

  • Personal Journal Discussion: Journaling is an essential recovery tool. In group discussions, residents share insights and reflect on their day.

  • Group Touch-In: Each house meets separately to discuss progress and address challenges, fostering camaraderie and teamwork.

Evening: Reflecting and Planning

The evening focuses on winding down and reflecting on accomplishments.

  • Dinner: A wholesome meal shared with peers encourages connection and fellowship.

  • FREE TIME

  • Motivational 12-Step Speaker Meeting: Inspirational speakers share their recovery journeys, providing hope and guidance.

  • End-of-Day Meeting: Residents review their daily goals, celebrate achievements, and identify areas for improvement.

  • Curfew: A set bedtime (10:30 PM on weekdays, 11:30 PM on weekends) ensures residents get adequate rest to prepare for the next day.
